Clean Route Systems Customer Agreement

Version 1.1 · Effective August 4, 2026

CLEAN ROUTE SYSTEMS CUSTOMER AGREEMENT

Version: 1.1 Effective Date: August 4, 2026

This Customer Agreement (“Agreement”) is between Clean Route Systems (“Clean Route Systems,” “CRS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and the customer requesting service (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”).

By electronically checking the acceptance box and submitting the onboarding form, you confirm that you have opened, read, understood, and agreed to this Agreement.

1. SERVICES

Clean Route Systems provides residential trash-bin, recycling-bin, and green-waste-bin cleaning services. Depending on the service selected, the work may include rinsing, pressure washing, exterior cleaning, interior cleaning, deodorizing, and application of cleaning products.

Any sanitizing or disinfecting product is used only according to the manufacturer's current product label, on the surfaces the label approves, at the dilution the label requires, using the label's application method, and for the label's required contact time. Not every service and not every product application is a sanitizing or disinfecting step. A sanitizing or disinfecting step is performed only when it is expressly identified in your service confirmation.

The exact service, number of bins, frequency, price, and service location will be shown in your quote, order, pilot-program approval, service-plan selection, or scheduling confirmation.

2. AUTHORIZATION TO SERVICE BINS

You authorize Clean Route Systems and its employees, contractors, or authorized representatives to enter the reasonably necessary exterior portions of the service property, access the designated bins, move the bins as reasonably necessary, and perform the approved service.

You represent that:

a. You are the property owner, tenant, property manager, authorized occupant, or another person authorized to request service at the property;

b. You are authorized to request cleaning for every bin submitted for service, including any bin owned by a municipality, landlord, homeowners association, property-management company, or other third party; and

c. Performing the service will not violate a lease, homeowners-association rule, property-management rule, municipal requirement, or other applicable restriction.

Clean Route Systems does not claim ownership of municipal or third-party bins and is not authorized to repair, replace, permanently modify, paint, drill, label, or alter them unless separately authorized in writing.

3. CUSTOMER ACCESS RESPONSIBILITIES

You agree to provide accurate service information and ensure that, at the scheduled service time:

a. The correct bins are empty and reasonably accessible;

b. The bins are not blocked by vehicles, locked gates, animals, construction, or other hazards;

c. Any required gate code, access instruction, parking instruction, pickup schedule, or property contact information is accurate;

d. Children and animals are kept safely away from the work area;

e. The work area is reasonably safe and free from hazardous conditions; and

f. Water access is available when the approved service requires use of the Customer’s water supply.

If the bins are full, inaccessible, unsafe, missing, or not located as described, CRS may skip or reschedule the service.

4. ITEMS THAT MUST NOT BE PRESENT

Bins submitted for cleaning must not contain loose garbage, medical waste, needles, sharp objects, human or animal waste outside ordinary bagged household refuse residue, chemicals, fuel, oil, paint, pesticides, batteries, hot ashes, hazardous material, illegal substances, or other dangerous items.

CRS may refuse or stop service when a bin or work area presents an actual or suspected safety, contamination, access, or environmental risk, or when a bin is structurally damaged, unsafe, excessively contaminated, inaccessible, or otherwise unsuitable for the service.

5. SERVICE RESULTS AND LIMITATIONS

CRS will use commercially reasonable care when performing the service. However, bin cleaning does not guarantee that every permanent stain, discoloration, scratch, rust mark, absorbed odor, residue, mold mark, or pre-existing condition will be removed. The service does not restore a bin to new condition.

Results vary from bin to bin and from visit to visit based on bin condition, bin age, staining, embedded residue, weather, water availability, access, damage, prior maintenance, material, and prior use. The same process and the same result do not apply to every bin.

Where a sanitizing or disinfecting step is expressly identified in your service confirmation, that step is limited to the product's current label: the approved surfaces, the required dilution, the labeled application method, and the labeled contact time. It is not sterilization, it is not a guarantee that all bacteria, viruses, pests, insects, allergens, or microorganisms have been eliminated, it is not a guarantee of any health outcome, and it is not a representation that any regulatory standard or certification has been satisfied by CRS.

6. PRE-EXISTING DAMAGE

Bins may have pre-existing cracks, broken hinges, damaged lids, loose wheels, weakened plastic, sun damage, scratches, warping, or other defects.

CRS may document visible pre-existing damage before service. CRS is not responsible for deterioration, leakage, failure, or damage caused by a pre-existing defect, ordinary wear, sun exposure, manufacturing defect, prior misuse, or condition not caused by CRS.

CRS remains responsible for direct physical damage proven to have been caused by CRS’s failure to use reasonable care. Damage concerns should be reported within forty-eight hours after service with photographs and a description of the issue.

Nothing in this Agreement excludes responsibility that cannot legally be excluded.

7. WATER AND WASTEWATER

When disclosed as part of the service, you authorize CRS to use a reasonable amount of water from an available exterior water connection at the property.

CRS is responsible for using reasonable wastewater-control practices appropriate to its equipment and service method.

CRS will not intentionally discharge cleaning chemicals, bin residue, or contaminated wash water into a storm drain, storm sewer, street, gutter, sidewalk, curb line, ditch, culvert, stream, canal, harbor, beach, ocean, or other waterway, onto neighboring or third-party property, onto landscaping or ground areas where such discharge is prohibited, or into any other unauthorized location.

A storm drain or storm sewer is not the same as a sanitary sewer, and this Agreement does not treat them as equivalent. Wash water may be contained, collected, transported, or disposed of only in a manner that is lawful for the location, including discharge to an authorized sanitary-sewer connection, an approved wash-water collection or treatment system, an authorized landscaped or permeable area, or another authorized disposal point, and only when the property owner, occupant with authority, or the appropriate utility, sewer authority, or other responsible agency permits that handling and applicable federal, State of Hawaiʻi, county, utility, and property requirements allow it.

To keep wash water contained, collected, and lawfully handled or disposed of, CRS may reposition or relocate the service point, service area, or bins, pause the service, shorten the service, reschedule the service, or refuse the service when containment, collection, or lawful handling or disposal cannot reasonably be achieved or authorized at the location.

The Customer must not direct CRS to dispose of wash water in a manner that CRS reasonably believes is unsafe, prohibited, or unlawful.

8. SCHEDULING AND WEATHER

Service dates and arrival windows are estimates unless CRS expressly confirms an exact appointment.

Service may be delayed, rescheduled, or canceled because of weather, route conditions, collection delays, equipment problems, unsafe conditions, inaccessible bins, staffing limitations, water restrictions, emergencies, or circumstances outside CRS’s reasonable control.

CRS will make a reasonable effort to notify you of material scheduling changes.

9. CANCELLATIONS, SKIPPED SERVICES, AND RESCHEDULING

You should notify CRS as soon as reasonably possible when a scheduled service must be canceled or rescheduled.

For paid service, any applicable cancellation, missed-service, credit, or rescheduling rule will be disclosed in the quote, service plan, or checkout terms before payment.

CRS may skip a service when the bins are unavailable, not empty, unsafe, inaccessible, or otherwise not ready. CRS will document the reason when reasonably possible.

10. PRICING AND PAYMENT

No charge will be made unless a price and payment obligation have been clearly presented and authorized.

Paid services are governed by the accepted quote, checkout page, invoice, or service plan. Taxes and additional-bin charges, when applicable, will be disclosed before authorization.

Participation in a complimentary Pilot Program does not automatically enroll you in a paid or recurring service.

11. RECURRING SERVICES

A recurring service or subscription requires separate, affirmative authorization showing the service frequency, recurring price, payment method, and cancellation process.

Acceptance of this general Customer Agreement alone does not authorize recurring charges.

You may cancel a recurring plan according to the cancellation terms disclosed when you enroll. Cancellation does not automatically reverse a properly disclosed charge for a service already completed.

12. PHOTOS, VIDEO, TESTIMONIALS, AND MARKETING

Permission to take or use photographs, video, audio, testimonials, reviews, or other marketing content is optional and separate from acceptance of this Agreement.

Declining optional media or testimonial permission will not prevent you from receiving an otherwise approved service.

CRS will not treat acceptance of this Agreement as permission to use your name, likeness, testimonial, property images, or identifying information in advertising.

13. COMMUNICATIONS

You authorize CRS to send service-related communications reasonably necessary to process your request, provide onboarding instructions, confirm appointments, report service status, send receipts, request missing information, or address account and safety issues.

Marketing text messages and promotional emails require any consent separately required by applicable law. You may opt out of marketing without canceling necessary transactional or service communications.

14. CUSTOMER INFORMATION

You agree to provide accurate information and update CRS when your address, contact information, access instructions, bin information, or pickup schedule changes.

CRS may retain service records, acceptance records, photographs authorized by you, communications, invoices, and operational documentation for legitimate business, safety, accounting, quality-control, and legal purposes.

15. REFUSAL OR TERMINATION OF SERVICE

CRS may refuse, suspend, or terminate service for unsafe conditions, threats, harassment, fraud, nonpayment, repeated access failures, unlawful instructions, hazardous materials, misuse of the service, a bin that is structurally damaged, unsafe, excessively contaminated, inaccessible, or otherwise unsuitable for the service, an inability to contain, collect, or lawfully dispose of wash water, or a material violation of this Agreement.

When appropriate, CRS will communicate the reason and any available next step.

16. ELECTRONIC ACCEPTANCE

You agree to conduct this transaction electronically.

Your checkbox acceptance, submission timestamp, agreement version, effective date, agreement-text snapshot, identifying account information, IP address when available, and device or browser information when available may be recorded as evidence of acceptance.

You may request a copy of the Agreement you accepted by contacting CRS.

17. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Hawaiʻi, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Nothing in this Agreement waives any non-waivable right or remedy available under applicable consumer-protection law.

18. CHANGES TO THIS AGREEMENT

CRS will not retroactively replace the version you accepted.

Any future revision will be issued as a new version with a new effective date. When legally or operationally appropriate, you may be required to review and accept the revised version before receiving additional service.

19. COMPLIANCE WITH APPLICABLE RULES

CRS performs the service in a manner intended to follow applicable federal law, State of Hawaiʻi law, county ordinances and rules, property rules, homeowners-association and property-management rules, and site-specific requirements, including those governing water use, wastewater handling, chemical use and storage, noise, parking, and access.

The Customer agrees not to request or direct any service that would violate such a requirement, and agrees to disclose any known property, association, or site-specific restriction affecting the service.

Nothing in this Agreement is a representation that CRS guarantees the Customer's own regulatory compliance, and nothing in this Agreement is a certification, permit, or approval issued by any governmental authority.

Clean Route Systems Pilot Program Terms

Version 1.1 · Effective August 4, 2026

CLEAN ROUTE SYSTEMS PILOT PROGRAM TERMS

Version: 1.1 Effective Date: August 4, 2026

These Pilot Program Terms (“Pilot Terms”) apply to complimentary or promotional Pilot Program services offered by Clean Route Systems (“CRS”).

These Pilot Terms supplement the Clean Route Systems Customer Agreement Version 1.1. The Customer must open and accept both documents before receiving Pilot Program service.

1. PURPOSE OF THE PILOT PROGRAM

The Pilot Program allows CRS to test and improve its customer experience, equipment, cleaning process, scheduling, routing, communications, documentation, and neighborhood-launch systems through limited complimentary services.

Participation does not guarantee acceptance into the Pilot Program, future availability, or continued complimentary service.

2. COMPLIMENTARY SERVICE

Unless CRS confirms otherwise in writing, an approved Pilot Program participant receives one complimentary cleaning for one eligible residential trash, recycling, or green-waste bin.

Additional bins or additional services are not included unless expressly confirmed by CRS.

The complimentary service has no cash value, may not be resold or transferred without CRS approval, and cannot be combined with another offer unless CRS permits it.

Participation in the Pilot Program does not guarantee a particular Founding 100 number or position, permanent availability of the Pilot Program, permanent or future pricing, acceptance into a recurring or paid service, or service availability in every neighborhood.

3. NO PURCHASE REQUIREMENT

No purchase, payment, recurring subscription, or future commitment is required to receive an approved Pilot Program cleaning.

Completing the Pilot Program does not automatically enroll the Customer in the Founding 100 program or any paid service.

Any future paid or recurring service requires the Customer’s separate, affirmative authorization.

4. ELIGIBILITY AND AVAILABILITY

Pilot availability may be limited by ZIP code, neighborhood, route, service capacity, number of participants, bin condition, property access, pickup schedule, equipment availability, or other operational requirements.

CRS may approve, waitlist, decline, reschedule, or discontinue a Pilot Program request. CRS may also change or end the Pilot Program, its neighborhoods, its capacity, and any related offer at any time before service is performed.

5. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

The Customer agrees to:

a. Provide accurate contact, address, neighborhood, ZIP-code, bin, pickup-day, access, and scheduling information;

b. Ensure the designated bin is empty, accessible, and reasonably safe to service;

c. Provide any required gate code or access instruction;

d. Keep animals and children away from the work area;

e. Confirm that the Customer is authorized to request cleaning for the bin and property; and

f. Provide exterior water access when CRS has disclosed that Customer water is needed for the Pilot service.

If required information is missing, CRS may pause scheduling until the information is completed.

6. SERVICE SCOPE AND EXPECTATIONS

The Pilot cleaning may include interior and exterior rinsing, pressure washing, cleaning-product application, deodorizing, and other steps appropriate to CRS’s current Pilot process. Any cleaning, sanitizing, or disinfecting product is used only according to the manufacturer’s current product label, on label-approved surfaces, at the labeled dilution, using the labeled application method, and for the labeled contact time.

The Pilot service is not guaranteed to remove permanent stains, absorbed odors, discoloration, rust, scratches, sun damage, or pre-existing contamination, and it does not restore a bin to new condition.

Results vary from bin to bin based on bin condition, bin age, staining, embedded residue, weather, water availability, access, damage, and prior maintenance. The same process and the same result do not apply to every bin.

Not every service and not every product application is a sanitizing or disinfecting step. A sanitizing or disinfecting step is performed only when CRS expressly identifies it, is limited to the product label’s approved surfaces, dilution, application method, and contact time, and is not sterilization, a health-outcome guarantee, or a representation that any regulatory standard has been satisfied by CRS.

7. SCHEDULING

Pilot appointments and arrival windows are estimates.

CRS may reschedule because of weather, route conditions, delayed refuse collection, unavailable or full bins, equipment problems, safety concerns, staffing, access problems, or other operational circumstances.

8. FEEDBACK AND REVIEWS

CRS may invite the Customer to provide honest feedback about the service and customer experience.

Providing feedback or leaving a public review is voluntary. CRS does not require a positive review, and Pilot eligibility is not conditioned on the content of a review.

9. OPTIONAL MEDIA AND TESTIMONIAL PERMISSIONS

Permission for photographs, before-and-after images, video, audio, testimonials, interviews, yard signs, or marketing use is optional and must be requested separately.

Declining an optional permission does not cancel an otherwise approved Pilot cleaning.

CRS may document non-identifying operational information when reasonably necessary for safety, quality control, damage documentation, and proof of service, subject to applicable privacy requirements.

10. PROPERTY AND BIN AUTHORIZATION

The Customer represents that the Customer has authority to permit CRS to enter the necessary exterior service area and clean the submitted bin.

CRS does not own the bin and will not intentionally alter, repair, replace, paint, drill, permanently label, or otherwise modify it as part of the Pilot cleaning.

11. SAFETY AND REFUSAL OF SERVICE

CRS may refuse or stop service if the bin or property contains hazardous materials, needles, chemicals, excessive loose waste, animal waste, unsafe access, aggressive animals, threatening conduct, or another condition CRS reasonably considers unsafe or inappropriate, or if the bin is structurally damaged, unsafe, excessively contaminated, inaccessible, or otherwise unsuitable for the service.

CRS may also reposition or relocate the service point, service area, or bins, pause the service, reschedule the service, or refuse the service when wash water cannot reasonably be contained, collected, and lawfully handled or disposed of at the location. CRS will not intentionally discharge wash water, bin residue, or cleaning chemicals into a storm drain, storm sewer, street, gutter, waterway, neighboring or third-party property, landscaping where such discharge is prohibited, or any other unauthorized location. A storm drain is not a sanitary sewer; wash water may be handled or disposed of only where that handling is authorized by the property owner, occupant with authority, or the appropriate utility or agency and is allowed by applicable federal, State of Hawaiʻi, county, utility, and property requirements.

12. CANCELLATION OR TERMINATION

Either the Customer or CRS may cancel the complimentary Pilot service before completion.

Because the service is complimentary, cancellation does not create a right to cash compensation, replacement value, or an alternative free service.

13. CUSTOMER AGREEMENT

All applicable provisions of the Clean Route Systems Customer Agreement Version 1.1 are incorporated into these Pilot Terms, including authorization, access, service limitations, property condition, communications, electronic acceptance, and governing law.

If these Pilot Terms conflict with the Customer Agreement regarding the complimentary Pilot Program, these Pilot Terms control only for the conflicting Pilot Program issue.

14. COMPLIANCE WITH APPLICABLE RULES

The Pilot service is performed in a manner intended to follow applicable federal law, State of Hawaiʻi law, county ordinances and rules, property rules, homeowners-association and property-management rules, and site-specific requirements, including those governing water use, wastewater handling, chemical use, noise, parking, and access.

The Customer agrees to disclose any known property, association, or site-specific restriction affecting the Pilot service and not to request service that would violate such a requirement.
